All items are carefully inspected before processing any return or exchange. Items showing signs of wear or use will be rejected and returned to you. If you receive a faulty item, notify us via email within 7 days of receipt, as we cannot assist after this period. Contact innerglowtees@gmail.com for support.
We do not refund postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. You must report any issues within 3 days of receipt to qualify for assistance. Refunds or support cannot be provided after this timeframe. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
